Wilco Announce Summerteeth Reissue
The deluxe edition of their 1999 album includes live recordings, previously unreleased studio tracks, and more

Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy, November 1999 (Ebet Roberts/Redferns)Wilco have announced a reissue of their 1999 album Summerteeth. The four-disc set features previously unreleased studio recordings—including outtakes, demos, and alternate versions—along with a 1999 concert at Colorado’s Boulder Theatre. The limited edition deluxe set includes an additional vinyl LP with an in-store performance at Tower Records, recorded two days after the album’s release. All versions of the reissue are out November 6.
This fall, Jeff Tweedy will release a new book How to Write One Song. Back in May, Wilco released the new song “Tell Your Friends” to benefit World Central Kitchen. Their last album, Ode to Joy, arrived last year.

Thom Yorke, Burial, and Four Tet Reportedly Release New Song
The black label is in stores now; meanwhile, XL has posted a mysterious teaser

The limited-edition black label features two tracks: “Her Revolution” and “His Rope.” A representative for XL could not confirm the identity of the artists, but directed Pitchfork to the Instagram posts below. The label had also recently shared a teaser for a black-label release.
Back in 2009, Burial and Four Tet joined forces for the single “Moth”/“Wolf Club.” Two years later, the duo reunited, now with Yorke, for another AA-side: “Ego”/“Mirror.” Yorke hinted at another collaboration in 2016, saying, “I did another thing, but the vocal was too dark, according to Kieran [Hebden aka Four Tet]. For me, that’s, ‘Really? Too dark, even for me? OK.’” It’s unclear whether the new single is another undertaking altogether.
